7. Delivery

9. Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law

For eligible distance purchases, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

Exceptions

The right to cancel may not apply to certain categories of goods, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods that have become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

9.3. How to Cancel

Email info@laherba.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract.

Please include:

• Your name.
• Your order number.
• A clear statement of cancellation.

Goods should be returned within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation. Unless otherwise required by law, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory period. We may be entitled to withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

These Terms are governed by applicable law as stated in these Terms, without depriving consumers of any mandatory protections available to them under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights concerning jurisdiction that a consumer may have.
